I capture the world through cameras, bringing stories to life, communicating ideas, marketing people, causes, products.
Through the camera I explore and understand the world and bring that understanding to others. It is my profession, my art, and my hobby. I am deeply trusted by my clients and do whatever it takes to give them the best product possible.
I can do virtually all aspects of video and photographic production or I can work as part of a team. I balance art with commerce; professionalism with humor; skill with creativity.
Artist’s Bio
Gregory Wendt is a filmmaker, photographer, musician, actor, director, writer, editor, artist and teacher. He has a long history of creating a wide variety of media in the fields of entertainment and education, and doing independent work for artists, businesses, not-for-profits, himself, and others.
Improvising and creating spontaneous works in any medium is his specialty. He worked in the New York City film industry to later earning a Masters Degree in Telecommunication at Southern Illinois University, where he is a full-time video producer. Gregory taught Digital Art and Web Design in the School of Art and Design at SIU.
